The short version

Go to aiikya.com/partner.html, sign in with the email and password we sent you, and type in your buyer. We tell you within a few seconds whether that person is new to us or already on our books. If they are new, they go straight to our sales team under your name.

1. What this is for

Every buyer you introduce to Aiikya should be recorded the moment you have them, for one reason: whoever reaches us first gets the credit. This portal is the record. It is open to you at any hour, it answers immediately, and it puts your name on the lead inside our CRM — which is what our brokerage conversations are run from.

It also works the other way. If the person you are about to register is already with us — they walked into the site office last month, or they filled in a form on Instagram — you will be told so before you spend any more of your time on them. That is not us being difficult. It saves you chasing a buyer you were never going to be paid for.

2. Signing in

1
Open aiikya.com/partner.html on your phone or your computer. Save it to your home screen; you will use it often.
2
Type the email address on your empanelment form, and the password we sent you. The email has to be the same one we have on file — that is how the portal knows the account is yours.
3
Press Sign in. Your name and firm appear at the top. You are in.

If we have not sent you a password

Type your email address, choose a password of your own of at least eight characters, and press First time? Create my password. That makes your login there and then — no waiting for an email. It only works for an address we have already empanelled, so nobody else can take your account.

“We do not have a channel partner registered with this email.” You have typed an address we do not have on file. Check it against your empanelment form — a work address and a personal one are not the same to us. Call us and we will add the one you want to use.

Changing your password

Use Forgotten your password? on the login screen and follow the link we send. If nothing arrives, call us and we will set a new one for you over the phone.

3. Register one buyer

The form sits at the top of the portal, under Register a buyer.

FieldWhat to put
Buyer’s name
required
Their real name, as you would say it to them.
Phone
required
A ten-digit Indian mobile. For an overseas buyer, include the country code — +971 50 123 4567. This is the field we match on, so get it right.
Email Worth adding. We check this too, so it catches a buyer who reached us from a different number.
Project Village, Forestscape or Vrise. Leave it as Not sure yet if they are still looking around.
Looking for What they actually want — 3 BHK duplex, ready to move. Our team reads this before they call.
Budget or anything we should know The things that make the first call a good one: budget, when they can visit, who else is deciding, the best time to reach them.

Press Check and register. Within a few seconds you get one of the two answers below.

4. What the answer means

Registered — and with our sales team

This buyer was new to us. They are now in our CRM under your name, our team has been alerted, and the buyer has had a message from us. The lead is yours.

Already on our records

We had this person before you registered them. The message tells you roughly when and how we first met them. We keep your submission on file — so there is a record that you brought them too — but the lead is not counted as yours, and we do not raise it again in the CRM.

There is nothing to appeal here and nothing you did wrong. Take the honest answer, and put your time into the next one.

Why we can answer so fast. The portal checks your buyer against every lead in our CRM — tens of thousands of them, from every source we have ever used — not just the ones that came through this website. The answer is live, not a nightly export.

5. Upload a whole list

If you have twenty buyers from a weekend activation, you do not have to type them one at a time. Open Or upload a whole list underneath the form.

1
Press Download the format. You get a small spreadsheet with the right headings and three example rows showing how each column should look.
2
Replace the examples with your buyers. Keep the headings exactly as they are. Delete the example rows before you save — they are there to show you the shape, not to be uploaded.
3
Save it as CSV. In Excel: File › Save As and choose CSV (Comma delimited). In Google Sheets: File › Download › Comma-separated values.
4
Choose the file, tick the confirmation, and press Check and register the list. The button counts as it goes — Checking 20 of 60 — because every row gets the same live check as a buyer you type in by hand. Leave the page open until it finishes.

The columns

HeadingNeededNotes
NameYesA row with no name is skipped.
PhoneYesTen digits, or with the country code for an overseas buyer.
EmailNoLeave the cell empty if you do not have it.
ProjectNoWrite Village, Forestscape or Vrise. Anything else is read as “not sure yet”.
Looking forNoConfiguration, size, whatever they told you.
NotesNoBudget, timing, who is deciding.

We are forgiving about the headings — Mobile instead of Phone, Client Name instead of Name, and a few others, all work. What we cannot do is guess which column is which when there are no headings at all, so keep the first row.

What you get back

A line for every row in your file, with the line number so you can find it in your own spreadsheet:

Press Save these results to keep the whole answer as a spreadsheet for your own file.

A tip on phone numbers in Excel. Excel likes to mangle long numbers. Before you type them, select the phone column, and set its format to Text. Otherwise a number can arrive as 9.84505E+09 and we cannot read it.

6. Following your buyers

Everyone you have sent us is listed below the form, newest first. Each card shows:

If a card says call activity will appear later, that part of the CRM link is still being switched on at our end. Everything else on the card is live now, and the call history will fill in behind it.

7. Your dashboard

Across the top of the portal:

Underneath:

8. Finding one buyer, and taking your list away

Above the list there is a search box and three filters. They work together.

The count at the top always tells you what you are looking at — 14 of 132 registered.

Download saves whatever the filters are currently showing as a spreadsheet: every buyer, their details, the outcome, the stage, the call count and the last note. Filter first, then download, and you have exactly the list you wanted — for a review meeting, or for your own records.

9. The rules that matter

Whoever is first, wins

A buyer belongs to whoever reached us first. Register them the day you meet them, not the week you expect them to book. Every day you wait is a day somebody else can register them.

One hundred new buyers a day

You can register up to a hundred genuinely new buyers in any twenty-four hours. Buyers we already had do not count against it. If you have a bigger list than that — after an exhibition, say — call us before you upload and we will lift the ceiling for you.

The limit exists because every new lead sets off a call and a message from us within minutes. A thousand rows uploaded at midnight means a thousand phones ringing, and that reflects on your name as much as ours.

Your buyers must know

When you upload a list you are asked to confirm that these buyers know you are passing their details to us and are expecting to hear from us. Please only tick that when it is true. We call quickly, and a buyer who has no idea who we are is a bad first impression for both of us — and, where the number is on a Do Not Disturb register, a problem beyond a bad impression.

What we can see

You see your own buyers and nobody else’s. No other partner can see yours. The portal is built so that this holds even if somebody goes looking — it is not a matter of what the screen chooses to show.

10. If something goes wrong

What you seeWhat to do
“We do not have a channel partner registered with this email” You are using an address we do not have on file. Check your empanelment form, or call us to add the address you want to use.
“You already have a password for this email” Your account exists. Sign in normally, or use Forgotten your password?
“This channel partner account is not active” Your empanelment needs renewing at our end. Call us.
“That is not a phone number we can use” Ten digits for an Indian mobile, or the country code for an overseas one. Check for a missing digit or a number Excel has turned into 9.8E+09.
The page looks wrong, or a button does nothing Close the tab, open it again, and pull down to refresh. If it persists, tell us which phone or browser you are on — that is usually enough for us to find it.
An upload stopped part way The rows before it did go through, and they are in your list. Take out the rows that already registered and upload the rest.
